Roles & Responsibilities
• Participate in dental consultations, focusing on in-depth diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Administer routine check-ups, regular cleanings, and necessary dental procedures.
• Perform Pre-Employment and Annual Physical Examinations in line with the company guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise during emergency dental cases by providing efficient immediate care.
• Pursue continuous dental education alongside maintaining updated credentials.
• Comply strictly with the ethical guidelines set by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and respective Dental Associations.
• Contribute to the development and execution of new dental procedures to enhance services.
• Uphold exceptional patient care and service standards.
Requirements
• Licensed Dentist with a valid permit to practice in the Philippines.
• Proven experience in a dental clinic setting.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Should have knowledge in administering Pre-Employment and Annual Physical Examinations.
• Willingness to pursue continuous dental education and adapt to advances in dental technology.
• Adherence to PRC guidelines and dental association ethical rules.
• Ability to develop and implement new dental procedures.
• Commitment to the highest patient service standards.
