Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive dental consultations, focusing on precise diagnosis and effective treatment plans.
• Perform routine check-ups and dental cleanings, in addition to other dental procedures as necessary.
• Execute Pre-Employment and Annual Physical Examinations in line with company protocols.
• Exhibit expertise in dealing with emergency dental scenarios, providing immediate and proficient care.
• Continually pursue dental education and keep up with advancements in the field.
• Adhere to the ethical guidelines set by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and respective Dental Associations.
• Contribute to the development and application of new dental procedures and advances in service delivery.
• Maintain the prime standards of patient care and service at Healthway Medical Clinic.
Requirements
• Must be a Licensed Dentist, registered with the Philippines Professional Regulation Commission.
• Capability to accurately diagnose and treat dental issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations, making decisions quickly in emergencies.
• Display of professionalism, ethics, and a patient-focused approach.
