Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide frontline nursing duties that primarily include triage and basic care for employees and patients.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Clinic.
• Play an integral role in caregiver education and patient satisfaction.
• Provide preventive healthcare advices through physical examinations, vaccinations etc.
• Administer outpatient surgical procedures, Dental procedures, Dermatology procedures, and Physical Therapy services as required.
• Adhere to the standards and protocols of Healthway Medical Network.
• Participate in company-sponsored training to further develop skills and knowledge.
Requirements
• Candidate must be a Registered Nurse with active PRC license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Nursing is mandatory.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, preferably in English.
• Must be prepared to reliably commute or relocate to Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
• Should be able to start ASAP and work on rotational shifts (Monday – Friday, 9AM-6PM and 9PM-6AM).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a relevant field is required.
Shift/Timings
Rotational shifts: Monday – Fridays, between 9AM-6PM and 9PM-6AM.
