Job Qualifications:

• An M.D. from an accredited medical school
• A current medical license
• Previous clinical experience beyond the required residency
• A detail-oriented and compassionate approach with patients and staff
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• A well-developed ability to solve problems on their feet
• High degree of physical stamina and dexterity needed to perform various treatments and accurately administer medications
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff
• Willing to work in Las Piñas City

Responsibilities:

1. Provide patient care and medical services as required during the assigned duty hours.
2. Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
3. Address emergencies and make decisions regarding patient management.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
5. Demonstrate a compassionate and patient-centered approach in all interactions.
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
7. Participate in relevant training and professional development activities.
