Assistant Medical Director

• Oversee and manage provider accreditation, lifestyle partner accreditation, hospital coordinators’ program, and hospital liaison management.
• Ensure the effective management of provider network and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with company executive teams, board members, and shareholders to align strategies and goals.
• Maintain excellent communication skills to facilitate effective partnerships and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications: Education and Expertise:

• Doctor of Medicine with an active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Physician License.
• Possession of a Master of Health Administration is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in HMO, life insurance, or an equivalent industry in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in provider network management.
• Proven track record of partnering with company executives, board members, and shareholders, while demonstrating strong communication skills.
