Roles & Responsibilities
• Execution and implementation of the MedSupply Services strategy
• Ensuring the growth of the Medical Supply Arrangement services business through quality service
• Managing the Medical Supply Arrangement Services provided to clients
• Identifying and managing suitable vendors and conducting quality control checks and audits
• Overseeing the timely deliveries of Medical Supply Arrangement Services to clients
• Managing the accuracy and timely payment to suppliers and invoicing to our client
• Ensuring compliance to the Business Rules and Processes & Procedures of the company
• Managing the Medical Equipment Calibration and Rental services for the country of responsibility
• Building and maintaining a healthy working relationship with vendors and suppliers
Requirements
• Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Business acumen and good decision-making skills
• Proficiency in computer software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database software and Internet Usage
• Ability to handle multicultural environment and high-pressure situations
• Strong sense of customer focus and ability to work independently
• Valid Pharmacy License and Tertiary Education
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in the related industry
• Fluency in spoken and written English
