On-Call MedTech – NCR

As an On-Call Medical Technologist at Juan Medical, you will be part of our dedicated team of Registered Medical Technologists (RMTs) responsible for conducting home service appointments, including COVID tests and blood extractions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients by performing accurate and efficient diagnostic tests in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct home service appointments for COVID tests and blood extraction, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
• Travel within Metro Manila and neighboring cities to perform appointments as scheduled.
• Utilize provided SUV transportation for efficient and timely travel between locations.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and patient information.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of medical waste and materials used during appointments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide accurate and timely test results to clients and physicians.
• Uphold professionalism and compassion while addressing clients’ medical needs.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations, protocols, and ethical guidelines in medical technology.

Qualifications:

• Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) with a valid license to practice.
• Experienced in conducting COVID tests and blood extractions.
• Flexible availability for on-call appointments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
