Medical Technologist

Kaiser Medical Center is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Technologist to join our team in Makati City. In this full-time, project-based role, you will contribute to the organization’s clinical research and diagnostic services by performing precise and high-quality laboratory testing. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for advancing medical science.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a comprehensive range of laboratory tests and analyses in support of clinical research and diagnostic projects.

Ensure all laboratory procedures, protocols, and quality standards are followed with accuracy and precision.

Record, maintain, and organize laboratory data, ensuring proper documentation of all findings.

Collaborate closely with the research and clinical teams to interpret results and provide analytical insights that support study objectives.

Identify and resolve technical or procedural issues within the laboratory, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Medical Technologist in a clinical or research setting.

Proficient in handling and operating laboratory instruments and diagnostic equipment.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and reliability.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with the research team.

Familiarity with relevant medical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
