Requirements:
- Valid PRC ID
- BLS Certification and other relevant trainings
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and assist in the implementation of individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients undergoing dialysis and promptly address any medical concerns.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Educate patients and their families about kidney health, dialysis procedures, and post-treatment care.
Qualifications:
- Valid PRC ID and active nursing license.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Additional relevant certifications or training in nephrology nursing is a plus.
- Prior experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing is preferred but not required.
