BRANCH NURSE
Job Description
Lynderm Facial Center & Day Spa is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Branch Nurse / Supervisor to join our growing team. This role combines hands-on aesthetic nursing responsibilities with operational leadership. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, skilled in basic aesthetic procedures, and capable of managing day-to-day clinic operations to ensure service quality and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical & Aesthetic Duties:
Perform aesthetic skin treatments including facials, glutathione (gluta) procedures, and IV insertions
Ensure proper sanitation, hygiene, and patient safety standards
Provide skincare consultations and explain treatment protocols to clients
Maintain patient records and assist in post-treatment care
Branch Operations & Supervision:
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and service efficiency
Monitor and guide staff performance to uphold clinic standards
Ensure monthly sales targets and profitability goals are achieved
Address client concerns and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction
Prepare reports on sales, staff attendance, and operational issues for management
Training & Development:
30-day training program provided, with training allowance
Ongoing opportunities for professional growth and promotion
Required Qualifications:
Gender: Female preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Nursing preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (aesthetic or dermatology background is a plus)
Language: Proficient in English
License/Certification: Nursing license (preferred but not mandatory)
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary: Php 20,000 – Php 25,000/month
13th month pay, tips, and overtime compensation
