Retainer Physician
Job Description
Makati Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retainer Physician to provide comprehensive medical and consultative services to patients, employees, and their dependents. The role requires a highly competent medical professional committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
The Retainer Physician will be responsible for performing detailed physical examinations, assessing medical histories, interpreting diagnostic results, and ensuring timely and effective management of patient health concerns. The position also involves promoting workplace wellness through preventive care, health education, and prompt response to employee medical needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality medical and consultative services to patients, employees, and dependents.
Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment and management plans.
Review and interpret laboratory, imaging, and other medical test results accurately.
Provide immediate medical attention in cases of emergency or acute illness within the hospital or corporate setting.
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with hospital standards and confidentiality protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Participate in workplace wellness initiatives and contribute to health education and preventive programs.
Adhere to Makati Medical Center’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all medical practices.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution.
Licensed to practice medicine in the Philippines.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills.
Experience in hospital or corporate healthcare settings preferred.
