Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Serve as an integral component of the MMC healthcare team, holding the MMC mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives.
• Apply specialized skills in the management of heart failure patients under the guidelines of the Philippine Nurses Association (PNA) and Republic Act 2002 (R.A. 9173).
• Collaborate closely with the cardiology team to develop an advanced care plan for cardiac patients.
• Perform regular evaluation and monitoring of patients with heart failure and ensure the provision of comprehensive nursing care.
• Leverage your strong oral & written communication skills, training presentation, and technical competencies.
• Promote and adhere to ethical practices in nursing & patient care services as per the Nurses Code of Ethics and MMC nursing bylaws.
Requirements
• Must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 years working as an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse or 5 years as a bedside nurse.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills, training presentation capabilities, and superior interpersonal skills are a must.
• Proficiency in Computer Skills
