Position Overview

As a Treatment Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality facial and weight loss treatments while ensuring an exceptional client experience. You will be responsible for executing prescribed treatments, recommending appropriate solutions, and providing professional guidance tailored to each client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

Perform standard and prescribed treatments with accuracy and professionalism

Ensure timely, safe, and satisfactory delivery of services

Assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments, clearly explaining benefits and importance

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Maintain a high standard of customer care and service excellence

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Technology, BS Biology, or other related medical courses

Professional license or experience is an advantage but not required

Non-medical graduates with aesthetic experience are welcome to apply

Fresh graduates with a strong passion for beauty and wellness are encouraged

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong customer service orientation and genuine concern for clients

Sociable, confident, and able to interact with diverse clients

Professional appearance with a positive and vibrant personality
