Clinic Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Clinic Nurse to join our Primary Care team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering efficient, patient-centered care by supporting clinical procedures, coordinating patient services, and ensuring a seamless healthcare experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform patient triage, including assessment of vital signs and initial evaluation
Assist physicians in diagnostic procedures such as ECG, ABP monitoring, stress tests, and other clinical assessments
Support IV cannulation, phlebotomy, and other nursing procedures as required
Coordinate patient care with doctors and endorse cases to appropriate care teams
Educate patients on treatment plans, medication usage, and preventive healthcare practices
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, reports, and daily census data
Assist in vaccination programs and ensure proper handling of clinic inventory and supplies
Deliver exceptional patient service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, protocols, and safety procedures

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with valid professional license
Prior experience in clinic or primary care setting is an advantage
Proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy is preferred
Familiarity with clinic operations and healthcare systems
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Computer literate with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, flexible, and a collaborative team player
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
Willingness to work on rotational shifts (5-day work week with varying rest days)
