Are you a skilled and compassionate Chief Radiologic Technologist with exceptional patient care and leadership capabilities? Join our team as you oversee and lead our radiology and diagnostic imaging department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct oversight and coordination of the radiology and diagnostic imaging department
- Review and manage work schedules, assigning duties to Rad Tech, Ultrasound, and 2D Echo Tech staff to optimize patient flow
- Recommend and execute personnel actions, including performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary measures
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, including license renewal and mandatory requirements for operating the facility
