Roles & Responsibilities
• Performing regular health checks, including pre-employment assessments
• Implementing healthcare services to employees to guarantee their overall wellness
• Creating and implementing strategies to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses
• Conducting health and safety protocols training for employees
• Managing medical records and guaranteeing compliance with local regulations
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment
• Liaising with management to formulate and implement health and safety policies
Requirements
• Occupational Health Nursing and Occupational Health skills
• Strong Nursing and Medicine skills
• Proven experience in providing healthcare services and conducting health assessments
• Excellent training skills for educating employees on health and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
• Experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector is a plus
