Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/College Degree holder
• At least six months work experience in administrative work
• Experience in the medical industry is an advantage
• People and communication skills
• Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets
• Familiarity with the medical industry an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
• Administrative and organizational support for the management of the Medical Operations Department;
• Organize meeting and agenda preparation;
• Filing of all medical documents;
• Assist in the scheduling of Medical Doctor duties, timekeeping and coordination with HR/Admin/Finance Department regarding other HR related activities of the department;
• Update and manage MD Trello Board;
• Assist in the daily submission of MD schedule and rendered hours to Business Intelligence;
• Responsible for the weekly submission of MD attendance/schedule to Admin/Finance Dept (MD absences, leaves, and updates);
• Manage training tools and documents, internal library, and other medical records and documents of the department;
• Monitor training level and facilitate training tools of Medical Doctor trainees;
• Support quality assurance tasks such as filing of assessments, exams, training, refresher course records, update of credential requirements and adequacies of medical personnel;
• Other administrative tasks as required by the Medical Director and other Medical Officers.
