Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Nursing/Psychology or Medical Allied Courses (License not mandatory)
At least 6 months experience in Hospital/Clinic/Diagnostic Center/Customer Service, advantageous but not required
Strong communication skills
Computer literacy
Willingness to undergo telemedicine training
Flexible for shifting schedules, including holidays/weekends
Fresh graduates welcome
Responsibilities:
Triage patient calls, handle inquiries, and address non-medical concerns
Assess customer needs for client satisfaction
