🌟 About the Role

The Company Doctor plays a vital role in implementing workplace health and wellness programs. This position focuses on providing clinical care, preventive health services, and managing work-related medical conditions to ensure employee well-being and organizational productivity.

In addition to the base hourly rate, physicians may earn an extra ₱40 per hour by maintaining punctual attendance and providing sufficient notice for any absences.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive medical consultations and physical examinations for employees

Diagnose and manage work-related illnesses and health concerns

Provide appropriate medical interventions, including medication administration, wound care, and treatment planning

Collaborate with company stakeholders and executives to help reduce disability claims and healthcare-related costs

Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with clinical and company standards

Support the implementation of corporate health, wellness, and preventive care programs

✅ Minimum Qualifications

Registered Physician with an active PRC license

Training or background in Occupational Medicine is preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail with a systematic and organized approach to work

Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
