Role Overview

As a Corporate Wellness Case Manager, you will serve as a trusted medical partner and advisor for our corporate clients, helping to build healthier, more productive workplaces. Combining clinical expertise with strategic program management, you will oversee employee wellness programs, manage complex health cases, and design preventive care initiatives tailored to the needs of office-based professionals.

This role is ideal for a physician who is passionate about corporate health, disease prevention, and employee well-being, and who thrives in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver daily medical consultations and manage complex employee health cases, with a strong focus on chronic disease prevention and long-term care (e.g., hypertension, diabetes).

Design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based corporate wellness programs, including health education sessions and workplace wellness campaigns.

Act as a medical advisor to client HR and management teams, offering guidance on employee health concerns, medical clearances, and fitness-for-work evaluations.

Analyze aggregated employee health data to identify trends, develop insights, and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance workforce well-being and reduce absenteeism.

Ensure all wellness programs and medical practices comply with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) standards and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

Licensed Physician (PRC Registered); completion of the Basic Course in Occupational Medicine (BCOM) preferred.

2–5 years of relevant leadership or clinical experience.

Background in Occupational Health, Corporate Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine is an advantage.

Willing to work onsite in Makati City for 2–3 days per week.
