MedGrocer is a leading Filipino HealthTech startup delivering digitally enabled “medicine-as-a-service” solutions to over a million Filipinos annually. We partner with top employers and pharmaceutical companies to provide integrated healthcare services, including medication and vaccine programs, telehealth, and onsite medical staffing.

We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time Company Doctors to join our dynamic and mission-driven team. Availability for full-time positions may vary, but part-time opportunities remain open and flexible. Job Summary:
The Company Doctor is responsible for delivering high-quality medical care, implementing health and wellness programs, and supporting the overall well-being of employees at assigned client sites. This role plays a critical part in driving cost-effective health outcomes and fostering a culture of health in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive medical consultations and physical examinations for employees.

Administer appropriate medical interventions including prescriptions, wound care, and health monitoring.

Manage and monitor work-related illnesses and injuries, ensuring timely interventions.

Collaborate with client HR and management teams to minimize health-related claims and improve employee health outcomes.

Support the implementation of company-wide wellness programs and occupational health initiatives.

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
Licensed physician (MD) with an active PRC license.

Preferably with training or experience in Occupational Medicine.

Strong attention to detail with systematic and organized work habits.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Tech-savvy and adaptable to digital healthcare platforms.
