MedGrocer, one of the leading Filipino health tech companies, is looking for a Company Doctor (full-time or part-time) to join our growing team. We deliver innovative “medicine-as-a-service” solutions through digital platforms serving over a million Filipinos annually, supporting top employers and pharmaceutical companies with telehealth, vaccination, and onsite medical programs.
Role Overview
The Company Doctor plays a vital role in promoting workplace health and safety. This position involves conducting medical consultations, managing employee health concerns, and supporting wellness programs across various corporate locations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct medical consultations and thorough physical examinations for employees.
Administer personalized medical care, including medications, wound treatments, and preventive measures.
Implement and monitor workplace health and wellness initiatives.
Advise management on occupational health issues and strategies to reduce health-related costs.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with HR and safety teams to manage occupational health risks and ensure employee well-being.

Cebu City, Tarlac City, Quezon City (Anonas, Bagumbayan, Diliman), Pasig City (Ortigas, Julia Vargas), Mandaluyong City (Shaw Boulevard), Makati City (Ayala Ave, Chino Roces, San Antonio), Pasay City (MOA Complex), and Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
Qualifications
Licensed Physician with active PRC registration.
Preferably trained in Occupational Medicine.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented and systematic in handling medical documentation.
Comfortable working in both digital and onsite healthcare environments.
