Role Overview

As a Company Doctor, you will play a vital role in promoting employee health and wellness by providing clinical consultations, managing work-related health conditions, and supporting cost-effective healthcare outcomes for partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive medical consultations and physical examinations for employees

Provide appropriate clinical interventions, including medication management, wound care, and minor treatments

Implement and support workplace health and wellness programs

Manage and monitor work-related illnesses and occupational health concerns

Collaborate with company executives and stakeholders to help reduce disability claims and related healthcare costs

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Competitive hourly rate

Additional ₱40 per hour incentive for consistent on-time attendance and proper advance notice of absences

Minimum Qualifications

Licensed physician with an active PRC license

Training or experience in Occupational Medicine is an advantage

Strong oral and written communication skills

High attention to detail with a systematic and organized approach to work
