Responsibilities:

• Conducting laboratory tests on various specimens, such as blood, urine, and tissue samples.
• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
• Analyzing and interpreting test results.
• Ensuring accuracy and precision in all testing procedures.
• Following established protocols and safety procedures.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely results.
• Maintaining detailed records of test results and patient information.
• Adhering to all relevant regulations and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• Valid Medical Technologist license issued by the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC).
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and safety.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Prior experience in a medical laboratory is preferred but not required.
