Responsibilities:
- Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Developing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Providing speech and language therapy to patients of all ages.
- Using a variety of techniques and exercises to improve communication skills.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educating patients and their families on speech therapy exercises and strategies.
- Staying current with the latest advancements in speech therapy techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist from the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC).
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion and patience in working with patients.
- Ability to create and implement effective therapy plans.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and safety.
- Previous experience in speech therapy is preferred but not required.
