Role Overview

As a Nurse at The Medical City, you will play an essential role in delivering safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care. You will work closely with the medical team to assess patient needs, support treatment plans, and ensure high standards of clinical excellence while demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and accountability.

Provide high-quality nursing care based on established clinical standards and physician directives.

Assess, document, and monitor patient conditions and progress.

Deliver patient education and support through in-person coaching and telecommunication when appropriate.

Maintain strict adherence to institutional safety policies, accreditation standards, and compliance regulations.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and strengthen the patient-partner relationship model.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with a valid and active license.

Strong prioritization, clinical judgment, and communication skills.

Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, quality care, and continuous professional development.
