Medical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform a variety of laboratory procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality control standards. If you hold a valid PRC License and have a background in BS Medical Technology, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise.

Responsibilities include:

• Execute chemical, bacteriologic, serologic, hematologic, histopathologic, microscopic, and blood bank procedures.
• Maintain meticulous records of procedure performance, patient results, and quality control in the functional section.
• Review laboratory reports for extraordinary results and clerical errors, ensuring accurate reporting to patient medical records.
• Conduct preventive and remedial maintenance of equipment, adhering to defined policies and protocols.
• Stay informed by regularly reading and reviewing functional section policy and procedure manuals.
• Participate in research and development of new procedures, contributing to policy and protocol writing.
• Assist in cost analysis of existing and prospective test procedures.
• Record the numbers and kinds of procedures processed, including vein punctures, per working shift.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
