Job Description:

• Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and procedures following established protocols and guidelines.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and precision in test results.
• Collect, process, and analyze specimens, maintaining proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
• Interpret and evaluate laboratory test results, providing accurate and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
• Utilize laboratory information systems and other computer software for data entry and retrieval.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and analytical skills in all laboratory procedures.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• Valid license/certification as a Registered Medical Technologist.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and techniques.
• Proficiency in using laboratory information systems and other computer software.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
