Doctor on Duty

Metropolitan Doctors Medical Clinic & Laboratory is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Doctor on Duty to join our primary care team in the vibrant and multicultural setting of Boracay Island. Role Overview

As a Doctor on Duty, you will provide comprehensive primary medical care to a diverse patient population, including tourists and residents from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, timely, and patient-centered healthcare services.

The duty tour is typically 10 to 14 days in duration, making this role ideal for physicians seeking flexible clinical engagement while maintaining high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients across a wide range of cases.

Deliver compassionate, ethical, and patient-focused care in accordance with clinical standards.

Manage outpatient consultations and minor emergency cases appropriately.

Maintain complete and accurate medical documentation and records.

Communicate clearly and professionally with patients from multicultural and international backgrounds.

Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient clinical operations and continuity of care.

Uphold clinic protocols, professional ethics, and patient confidentiality at all times.
