Roles & Responsibilities
• Facilitating supervisory coverage of the Nursing Department and other patient care areas during night shifts.
• Serving as the managerial and clinical link between the Chief Nurse and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Making independent judgments based on knowledge of hospital and nursing procedures and policies.
• Ensuring the maintenance of patient safety and clinical excellence throughout the hospital.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of nursing service administration strategies.
• Participate in staff development programs and actively contribute towards the welfare of the nursing staff.
Requirements
• Bachelorâs Degree in Nursing with at least 9 units of management at the graduate level
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Two years in general nursing service administration
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage complex situations involving patients, physicians, and others professionally
• Adherence to the confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information
• Reliability in commuting or willingness to relocate to Meycauayan, Bulacan before starting work.
Shift/Timings
The position involves a shift system including a 12 hour shift, 8 hour shift, and day shift.
