Job Description
Navotas City Hospital is seeking qualified and licensed Medical Technologists to join our clinical laboratory team. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality laboratory services in support of patient care.
Position Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology
Eligibility:
Must be a Licensed Medical Technologist (RA 1080 Eligible)
Training & Experience:
No specific training or work experience required
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized laboratory procedures in accordance with established protocols
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely release of laboratory results
Manage inventory, requisition, and proper maintenance of laboratory supplies and equipment
Consolidate laboratory reports and facilitate referrals when necessary
Prepare required documentation and reports related to laboratory operations
Perform additional tasks as assigned by hospital management
