Medical Technologist

Navotas City Hospital is currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Medical Technologist to join our clinical laboratory team. This role plays a vital part in delivering accurate and timely laboratory services that support patient diagnosis, treatment, and overall healthcare management.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professionally licensed, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of laboratory practice and patient safety.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science

Training:

No specific training required

Experience:

Open to fresh graduates (experience not required)

Eligibility:

Must be a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT)

Licensed under RA 1080

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols and quality standards

Ensure accurate processing, analysis, and documentation of laboratory specimens

Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functionality and calibration

Monitor inventory levels and assist in the requisition of laboratory supplies and materials

Consolidate laboratory reports and address reporting-related concerns

Adhere to hospital policies, safety regulations, and laboratory quality assurance procedures

Assist in other duties as assigned to support laboratory operations
