Home Health Aide

This is a US EB3 Green Card Immigration program. Immigration costs will be covered by the employee.

Hourly Wage: 16 USD

Home health aides act as a bridge to independent living for many seniors as well as those with disabilities who may also require assistance with activities of daily living. From monitoring a client’s vital signs and physical or mental condition, to assisting with grooming, hygiene and, chores around the house, home health aides allow clients to maintain the familiarity and dignity of living at home.

Responsibilities for the caregiver position at the Nursing Home are as follows:
• Bathing, Grooming including Oral Care.
• Dressing, and Underdressing.
• Toileting activities, Feeding, if necessary.
• Recording temperature, blood pressure, etc.
• Skin caring if necessary (positioning in the bed or assisting client’s movement).
• Observing physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
• Reporting any changes to the Director of Nursing.
• Changing bed linens.
• Performing housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing transport to doctor appointments, outside activities, and shopping.
• Providing a safe environment.
• Caring with a nice smile and communicating effectively with clients.

The company will provide a Personal Aide training program. You will receive a PCA certification upon completion of the program.

Requirements:
• Intermediate English Level
• Communication Skill
• Having a nice smile
