Job Description
This role is responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and administration of multiple Medical and Clinical Operations functions. The position may also oversee general clinical operations that extend across several functional areas, rather than being limited to a single specialty within the Medical & Clinical Operations job family.
The incumbent provides leadership to managers and senior-level professionals and is fully accountable for operational performance, quality outcomes, and service delivery at the local business unit or market level.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple medical and clinical operations functions
Lead, mentor, and manage managers and senior professional staff, ensuring high performance and accountability
Own and manage end-to-end operational processes, including strategy development, planning, execution, and continuous improvement
Define and drive functional, site-level, and market-level priorities aligned with organizational goals
Identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges beyond the immediate team
Make decisions related to products, services, and processes that may impact entire functions and customer accounts
Conduct comprehensive member health discussions via phone, focusing on care coordination and health optimization
Review and analyze member service records, including utilization history, functional assessments, stratification data, and current care plans
Perform in-depth member assessments covering biopsychosocial, functional, and behavioral health needs
Apply advanced interviewing techniques and active listening skills to accurately capture and synthesize member information
Integrate assessment findings into care planning and operational decision-making
Qualifications
Internal Medicine Diplomate with an active and unrestricted medical license
Willingness to work onsite in Makati City or Muntinlupa City under a hybrid work arrangement
Willing to work night shifts as required
Strong leadership capability with experience managing complex clinical or healthcare operations
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
