Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician – Internal Medicine Diplomate to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves providing expert clinical oversight, driving operational excellence, and supporting innovative care delivery that enhances the health outcomes of our members.

Role Overview:
This position is responsible for leading and managing multiple Medical & Clinical Operations functions, ensuring seamless execution of healthcare services with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and patient-centered care. You will oversee professional teams, influence operational strategies, and resolve clinical and organizational challenges that impact overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee clinical operations and manage cross-functional medical teams to achieve targeted outcomes.

Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements aligned with organizational goals.

Conduct comprehensive member assessments, including biopsychosocial, functional, and behavioral health evaluations.

Engage members through telephonic consultations to review health history, current care plans, and clinical documentation.

Utilize strong clinical judgment and active listening to gather and interpret member information accurately.

Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, data standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Support innovation in service delivery to improve the overall healthcare experience of members.

Qualifications:

Must be a Diplomate in Internal Medicine with an active medical license.

Willing to work onsite in Makati City or Muntinlupa City (hybrid setup).

Comfortable working night shifts as required by operations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage clinical teams and drive operational performance.

Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in clinical assessment techniques.
