Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting non-invasive cardiovascular procedures such as electrocardiograms (ECGs/EKGs), stress tests, and echocardiograms.
Prepare patients for cardiovascular procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding of the process.
Operate and maintain specialized cardiovascular equipment and ensure its proper calibration and functionality.
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure accurate and timely documentation of test results and patient information.
Monitor patients’ vital signs during procedures and report any abnormal findings to the medical staff.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures during all procedures.
Provide compassionate care and support to patients throughout their cardiovascular testing journey.
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiovascular technology.
Qualifications:
No specific experience is required; both experienced candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
A degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
Relevant certifications or licensure will be a plus, but we welcome candidates who are willing to learn and grow in the field.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions in performing procedures.
Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, medical staff, and colleagues effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
