Medical Technologist

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of medical laboratory tests, including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology.
Collect, process, and analyze patient samples, ensuring accuracy and adherence to testing protocols.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshooting and calibrating as needed.
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure timely and precise reporting of test results.
Record and maintain laboratory data and patient information with utmost confidentiality and precision.
Follow strict quality control and safety protocols in all laboratory procedures.
Assist in the validation and implementation of new laboratory techniques and technologies.
Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated with advancements in medical technology and laboratory practices.

Qualifications:

No specific experience is required; both experienced candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
A degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant certifications or licensure will be advantageous, but we welcome candidates willing to pursue the necessary credentials.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise laboratory protocols.
Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, medical staff, and colleagues effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Willingness to start work immediately.
