Nursing Aide

Responsibilities:

Assist registered nurses and other medical staff in providing basic patient care services.
Help with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and ambulation.
Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Assist in transferring and transporting patients to various departments within the medical center.
Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients during their stay at the medical center.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless patient care experience.
Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy rights at all times.
Demonstrate a positive and caring attitude towards patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

No specific experience is required; both experienced candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
A certification or training in nursing assistance or related fields will be advantageous but not mandatory.
Compassion and empathy towards patients, with a strong desire to help others.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Demonstrated reliability and the willingness to contribute to a positive work environment.
Willingness to start work immediately.
