Job Qualifications:

• An M.D. from an accredited medical school
• A current medical license
• Previous clinical experience beyond the required residency
• A detail-oriented and compassionate approach with patients and staff
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• A well-developed ability to solve problems on their feet
• High degree of physical stamina and dexterity needed to perform various treatments and accurately administer medications
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff
• Willing to work in Las Piñas City

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and medical services as required during the assigned duty hours.
• Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Address emergencies and make decisions regarding patient management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Demonstrate a compassionate and patient-centered approach in all interactions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Participate in relevant training and professional development activities.
