• Maintain accurate and complete medical records, documenting patient information, procedures, and treatments.
• Monitor and manage medical equipment to ensure proper functioning and availability.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide immediate medical interventions as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Stay updated with current healthcare practices through continuous professional development.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in nursing practice.
