Play a key role in assisting healthcare patients and clients with their inquiries, providing information about medical services, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service is provided.
· Handle calls, emails, and chats with patients, clients, and providers.
· Provide accurate and timely information on healthcare services, insurance coverage, claims, and medical inquiries.
· Identify customer needs and perform cross-selling and upselling of the clinic’s healthcare services as appropriate.
· Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficiently and coordinate them to the appropriate department.

Pay: Php16,500.00 – Php16,800.00 per month
