Staff Nurse

The Staff Nurse will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our community.

• Assess nursing care needs and problems of patients at the start of duty.
• Create planned standards of care with established standard care for assigned group of patients.
• Coordinate the medical care plan with the nursing care plan, interpret doctors’ orders to achieve the most effective results, and relate doctors’ orders to appropriate nursing measures.
• Assist the physician during rounds.
• Communicate needs of the patient and problems to the head nurses, supervisors, and doctors as necessary.
• Record subjective and objective complaints of patients, nursing care implemented, procedures done, and evaluation of nursing care.
• Conduct proper endorsement at the end of the shift for the continuity of patient care.
• Conduct health teachings/instructions to patients and relatives.
• Promote and maintain good interpersonal relationships with the medical staff and personnel of other departments, patients, families, and the public.
• Participate in studies and research programs conducted in the nursing unit.

Work Schedule:

• Shifting Schedules
• Must fulfill 80 hours of duty per cutoff

Salary and Benefits:
