Roles & Responsibilities
• Deliver top-tier customer service to a diverse range of clients, including healthcare providers, patients and Thermo Fisher collaborators.
• Document customer interactions, adverse events and product complaints in compliance with PPD and regulatory guidelines.
• Support product launches by maintaining an up-to-date understanding of client products, protocols, and policies.
• Efficiently process medical information requests through email, fax and regular mail.
• Carry out line checks, system verifications and produce the necessary reports.
• Contribute to team-wide tasks in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or Healthcare related subjects such as Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology etc.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a BPO setting as a Korean Bilingual is a valuable asset.
• A minimum of 2 yearsâ experience in a similar position is preferable.
• Some countries may require a healthcare professional degree or medical information experience.
