Associate Dentist

Our dental practice is seeking a highly motivated and experienced dentist to join our team.

Job Type: [Full-time/Part-time]

Responsibilities:

• Conduct dental consultations and provide treatment to patients
• Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to, fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of treatment plans
• Collaborate with dental assistants and other team members to ensure efficient and effective patient care
• Stay up to date with the latest dental techniques and advancements in the field
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
• Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in orthodontics or with ongoing orthodontics preceptorship
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex dental procedures to patients in an easy-to-understand manner
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate patient records
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be willing to work at least 3 to 6 times a week, with the ability to work an 8-hour shift
• 13th month salary and commission pay available, with salary package negotiable based on profile
