Key Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.
Prepare and analyze patient samples using various laboratory techniques and equipment.
Ensure compliance with established laboratory quality control procedures.
Maintain accurate records of tests, procedures, and patient results.
Troubleshoot and calibrate laboratory equipment as needed.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide reliable diagnostic information.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
Registered Medical Technologist with a valid PRC license.
Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, techniques, and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Proficient computer skills for documentation and reporting.
Familiarity with quality control processes and laboratory safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Working Hours:
The Primary Diagnostic Laboratory operates from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, providing a conducive work schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance.
