Requirements
• Must possess a Bachelorâs degree in Nursing.
• Should be a Licensed Nurse.
• Should have over a year of relevant hospital or clinic work experience, including administrative tasks (medicine inventory, reports, and APE, PEE filing).
• Organizational skills, customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal abilities are needed.
• Possess good oral and written communication skills.
• An updated Basic Life Support, First Aid Training, and BOSH training are advantages.

• Manage daily out-patient clinic operations providing consultations and issuing medicine/medical supplies.
• Document and report work-related injuries to HR and the Senior Company Nurse.
• Report critical medical conditions to the Senior Company Nurse and On-site Physician.
• Deliver immediate emergency and first-aid care to employees.
• Oversee inventory and reporting of clinic equipment, medicines, and supplies.
• Coordinate with accredited clinics and physicians.
• Proactively monitor and respond to critical illnesses, including Covid-19 and Tuberculosis cases.
• Assist in implementing the company’s infectious disease protocol.
• Roll out and coordinate healthcare programs promoting employee wellness.
• Work with HR on sponsorships and wellness activities, including health seminars.
• Create and maintain health education materials and postings, excluding mental health.
• Assist in referring medical/emergency cases to higher healthcare facilities.
• Maintain on-site clinic facilities/equipment and employee health records.
