Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily outpatient clinic consultation and dispense medicine/medical supplies as needed.
- Monitor and document work-related injuries, reporting them to HR and the senior company nurse.
- Administer appropriate emergency and first aid management to patients in case of any medical condition or work-related trauma.
- Manage inventory and prepare reports on clinic equipment, medicines, and supplies.
- Coordinate with accredited clinics and physicians when necessary.
- Monitor critical illnesses, including but not limited to COVID-19, tuberculosis, and other diseases outlined in our prevention policy.
- Assist in managing the infectious disease protocol of the company.
- Assist in the implementation of health care programs (e.g., Wellness Week, Wellness Challenge) for company employees.
- Collaborate with the HR team to explore sponsorships from corporate partners and providers for Wellness activities.
- Conduct health seminars and lectures to educate employees on detecting and preventing common medical illnesses.
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or licensed nurse with at least 1 year of relevant hospital or clinic work experience with administrative responsibilities (medicine inventory, reporting, APE, PPE filing).
- Must be highly organized, customer-service-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Updated basic life support, first aid training, and BOSH certification are advantages.
