Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide a warm welcome to all patients at the clinic.
• Direct patients to the respective healthcare professionals efficiently.
• Handle patient queries over phone, text/SMS, Viber, and email swiftly and accurately.
• Maintain a well-organized reception area stocked with necessary materials such as pens, brochures, and forms.
• Efficiently process payments via cash or card transactions and issue official receipts.
• Adhere to safety procedures to ensure office security.
• Manage inventory of office supplies.
• Consolidate and report cash payments to the Administrative Officer daily.
• Perform clerical duties including, but not limited to, filing, photocopying, and emailing.
Requirements
• Experience in a Receptionist/Front Desk role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in computer applications and handling office equipment.
• Poses a pleasing personality with a professional attitude.
• Exceptional communication skills and organizational capabilities.
• Proactiveness in resolving issues and multitasking abilities.
• Strong time management skill.
Shift/Timings
12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, and weekends.
