ENT Specialist
Job Description
Recuenco General Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled ENT Specialist (Otolaryngologist) to join our expanding team of medical professionals. This role offers an excellent opportunity for physicians who wish to establish or grow their specialty practice within a supportive, patient-centered hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions
Manage both acute and chronic ENT cases, including infections, allergies, hearing disorders, sinus conditions, and throat-related illnesses
Perform outpatient procedures such as endoscopy, ear cleaning, minor surgical interventions, and other ENT-related treatments
Conduct pre-operative and post-operative care for patients requiring surgical management
Educate patients on preventive care, treatment plans, and long-term management of ENT conditions
Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records in compliance with hospital standards
Collaborate with other specialists for multidisciplinary patient care when necessary
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, ethical standards, and hospital policies
Practice Opportunity
Conduct ENT outpatient clinics within the hospital
Admit and manage patients requiring inpatient or surgical care

Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) with specialization in Otolaryngology (ENT)
Valid PRC license and updated credentials to practice in the Philippines
Proven experience in ENT clinical practice and procedures
Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
Excellent communication and patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
