Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and competent Registered Nurse to join our team at RMED Diagnostics & Multi-Specialty Clinic in Quezon City.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial patient assessments and monitoring vital signs
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assisting physicians with diagnostic procedures and surgeries
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatment options
- Documenting patient care activities and maintaining accurate medical records
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Performing routine procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy
- Ensuring that all medical equipment is properly maintained and in working order
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent degree
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
